ABSTRACT of the TITLE of
Mr. Charles Mills to hdts and premes situate at Weddington Nuneaton in the
County of Warwick.

BY INDRE of this date made between HENRY NIGEL POLE SHAWE thrin descd as of
Weddington Grove Weddington Nuneaton in the County of Warwick Esq. (thrinafr
called the Vendor) of the one part and CHARLES MILLS thrin descd as of New House
Carlton in the County of Leicester Farmer (thrinafr called the Purchaser) of the
other part
RECT the before abstracted Indre of Settlement of the 25th November 1907
AND RECTG the before abstracted Will of the sd H.C.Shawe dated the 16th day of
March 1909
AND RECTG death of the sd H.C.Shawe on the 3rd day of August 1911 and his sd
Will with two codicils thrto was duly proved on the 17th day of October 1911 in
the Ppal Probate Regy by the Vendor
AND RECTG the before abstracted Indre of the 22nd October 1912
AND RECTG agreement for sale at the price of £2850
IT WAS WITNESSED conson etc rect etc the Vendor as Personal Representative under
the thrinbefore recited Will of the sd H.C.Shawe and as Benfl Owner thrby
conveyed unto the Purchaser
ALL THAT messe tenement and dwellinghouse with the farm yard barn stable cowshed
granary and other outbuildings thereto belonging and also all that farm known as
the Lower Farm the whole containing 87a.2r.22p. or thrabts situate at Weddington
afsd then partly in the occupation of the Vendor and partly of John Thomas Royle
and more particy delineated on the plan drawn on those presents and thereon cold
pink
TO HOLD the same unto and to the use of the Purchaser in fee simple
ACKMENT for the productn of the sd Indre of the 22nd day of October 1912
