Picture Gallery VII - The Grove 2008: Development Plans
The plans below were submitted by the developers, A R Cartwrights, in February 2008. They clearly show the parts of the Grove earmarked for destruction, along with the extent of the plans to build on the former gardens and bowling green. A planned meeting to discuss these plans was cancelled in May 2008 when Cartwrights pulled out. New plans were submitted in August 2009, adding an additional house to the total of 18 originally planned. you can comment on the new plans until 15th September at this link: comment on new plans.
